2007

Born in Houston, Texas, USA, & started our first online retailing vertical, Ami Ventures Inc.

2009

Established our first office in India

2014

Launched our second online retailing vertical, Vir Ventures Inc.

2018

Became Walmart’s Pilot Partner for WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services).

2019

Invited by Google and Facebook Marketplace, becoming their pilot partners

2020

Entered brand aggregation by acquiring 100-year-old American brand, Malco Modes and Bella Sous.

2021

Founded Boson Technologies Inc. with a dedicated focus on scaling our proprietary technologies using AI and ML in the SaaS space.

2022

Announced Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for all Ergodians.

2023

Acquisition of our 15th brand, Clean Bottle.

2024

Launched our Account Management Services (2P), offering end-to-end marketplace account management to drive brand growth globally.
